Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 7:05PM
Present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barett, Roger Rapoza Sr., and Pam Haman.
Appointment:
Three (3) Candidates for Temporary Seasonal Help Position were hired
John Barrett explained the part time hours and the need for all three to be flexible and accessible. John Barrett made a motion to recommend hiring all three candidates for the positions of seasonal laborers. Ray seconded all were in favor; motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. It was noted that many times there is a previous month balance due to the closing date of the vendor and when the town actually issues and mails checks.
Minutes for the January 2013 meeting were approved. November minutes were clarified \.
A brief discussion on conditions of trees in parks and cemeteries.
The next meeting is scheduled for March 10, 2014 at 7PM/
